At The Poop Coffee, we take pride in the quality of our premium beans and want you to be completely satisfied with your brew. If your order isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unopened coffee and accessories.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  • 2.
    Prepare Your Package

    Carefully pack the unused and unopened products in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

  • 3.
    Ship It Back

    Send your package to our quality control center using a tracked shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
